Finally Good To Go – 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk Spy Shots
We’ve been stalking the Hellcat monster truck for months, and now we are going to get our best look yet. From a distance, the devilishly powerful sport utility vehicle looks amazing. This is believed to be the prototype for the JGC equipped with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ awesome Hellcat engine. Yes, baby – we talk about the supercharged 6.2-liter V8 beast that could be found in the Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat versions. It simply delivers 707 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. According to the Jeep CEO Mike Manle, the powerful SUV version is supposed to hit the market in late 2017 as a 2018 model.
Looking at these spy shots you will see all the SRT badges and the big brakes. So far, so good. The SUV is partially wrapped in black but you could easily recognize the large air intakes in the lower fascia. One interesting thing about the supercharged Hellcat version of Jeep Grand Cherokee is the four-wheel drive setup. This is something unknown for the current Hellcat models. You could enjoy the Trackhawk’s simple design from these close images. Until now we had only one blurry video taken from a distance. The Trackhawk is a whole different vehicle than the Trailhawk(a trim level you could order with the 2017 Grand Cherokee).
Yeah, it was just about time to have this Jeep Grand Cherokee Hellcat.
