Hyperloop One Hits 116 MPH In 1.1 Seconds On First Propulsion Open Air Test

Hyperloop is the name of the latest high-speed transportation system. In this article we are going to show you the latest test of its propulsion technology plus video. Bjarke Ingels’s is one of the architectural partners in this epic project that will completely transform all ways of transportation. There is one man standing behind the project – the entrepreneur Elon Musk. Elon’s vision is close to being realized. The first full-scale test happened today after the open-air test where the technology managed to reach a speed of 187 km/h in 1.1 seconds. All tests took place in the Mojave desert, 35 miles north of Las Vegas. The name of the project is the same as one of the companies involved in the development.

Hyperloop Technologies is one of the independent companies trying to finalize the technology after the early plans were open sourced by Elon Musk. SpaceX is the Musk’s company that is still in the game. Hyperloop One as a project is driven by multiple organizations and partners. You could find companies like AECOM and Arup, both are engineering and architecture companies. Ingel’s Danish firm BIG is also in the list. There are more companies involved here but they are all trying to turn the technology into infrastructure. Hyperloop One is not only about the design of this futuristic station with a very fast train. It’s about developing this technology and try to squeeze the potential to completely transform our lives.
