Playing A Joke On The Chevy Techs With A 1200HP Twin Turbo 2015 Silverado 1500
The guys from Armageddon Turbo Systems decided to have some with the Chevy Techs and made several service appointments. The reason? The truck is making a strange whistling noise when downshifting. In the end of the day, all those Chevy dealers had the best work day in their lives. Let’s say a few words about the truck and the turbo kit that the company offers.
The pickup truck is a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. This one is mechanically identical to the GMC Sierra. It is designed to be a heavy-duty pickup truck that is manufactured by General Motors. The Silverado pickup trucks were first unveiled to the public in 1999. The truck from the video is a third generation Silverado. You could choose between three petrol engines: 4.3-liter V6, 5.3-liter V8 or 6.2-liter V8. All these engines are from the EcoTec3 family. For the 2015 model we have a slight upgrade – the 6.2-liter V8 engine could be paired with a new 8-speed automatic transmission.
Armageddon Turbo Systems got a little surprise to all Silverado 1500 owners and Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Escalade guys. The only one thing that you are supposed to have is one of these two engines under the hood – 5.3-liter V8 or 6.2-liter V8 from the EcoTec3 family. These engines are real monsters but you have to unleash the true potential. The guys working for Armageddon Turbo Systems created a kit that could be added to these powerplants. They created this 3rd generation Chevrolet Silverado Twin Turbo Kit.

There are variety of options and features that you could add to the final setup. However, the reactions of these Chevy techs are priceless. They were thinking that this was supposed to be a routine run with another clueless customer, but in the end they found out that this is not just a regular Silverado.
